My good memories of summer

This time, I will share my memories of summer vacation!

This summer, I went to Osaka with my friends. I have never been to Osaka until this summer. So I was looking forward to this trip. However, it was not only fun but also hard. I tell you both enjoyable and hard experiences.

Firstly, I introduce you my enjoyable experiences. I have wanted to eat Osaka foods , so I ate them a lot! For example, I ate Okonomiyaki, Takoyaki and Kushikatsu. In these food, I especially enjoyed eating Kushikatsu, this is because, the store where I visited had many unique kinds of Kushikatsu such as cheeses and rice cakes. I have never seen these kinds before I went to there. So, it was very fun for me!

Also, the day I went to Osaka was my birthday so, my friends celebrated my birthday! When I got to the hotel, my friends gave me cakes. I was surprised this event, because I didn’t know that they bought the cakes for me! The cakes was so cute and delicious. I ate it with talking with my friends! It was a great and happy experience for me!

Next, I will tell you my hard experience. When I got to Osaka station, I was lost my way! Osaka station is larger than Niigata station, so I cannot understand the structure of it soon. Finally, it took very long time to get to the destination. It made me tired. Moreover, It was also difficult to find restaurants. When I wanted to go to the restaurant in the station, I could not find it where we can get the seat. I think we were unlucky. It was so hard!

In this way, I experienced both fun and hard times in Osaka. However, it was good memories for me!

Thank you for reading my blog!

[Unit Project 1] A spoon that brings happiness?

[Unit Project 1] A spoon that brings happiness?                 My artifact is a spoon. The length of it is approximately 15 cm. It is made in Japan and made of steel. It was made by a company called Kaijirushi. The company is well known for manufacturing cutlery and other metal products. The spoon was given by my parents. I have used it since I was kindergarten age. I use it for many years, so it has many scratches. And, maybe it has patterns or pictures but it is disappeared now.   Also, it has my name engraved on back of it. The color of the spoon is pale yellow like a butter, but the name is light pink.   My parents gave me the spoon as a gift and from that moment on became a special thing for me. And, I have a lot of memories of this spoon as I have been using it since I was a child. However, they are not only pleasant memories but also bitter ones.   The happening occurred when I was a kindergarten student.   At that time, whenever I wanted to eat something, I always used it.

Winter sports

Hi, thank you for coming to my blog!  Snow is piling up in the mountains and we are starting to see the winter landscape. I would like to share with you some of the things I would like to do this winter!  I like snowboarding the best among winter sports. I started snowboarding because my parents were good at it. I first snowboarded when I was in elementary school. I was very scared at first because until then I had only done sledding down hills.   Snowboarding was very difficult because both feet are fixed to one board, so it was hard to move my feet as I wanted. However, my parents taught me how to move my body. I didn't get good at it on the first day, but as I went to the ski resort many times to practice, I got better and better at it. snowboading  Now I can turn left and right! It's a lot of fun! Last year I was too busy studying for the university entrance exam and could not snowboard even once. That is why I want to go snowboarding a lot this year!   If you have never

Hot sweets

Hi, thank you for coming to my blog!  On Friday, I ate Taiyaki! I had one with chocolate chips and custard cream! I love chocolate, so I always choose the chocolate flavor. It was very tasty and filled with cream. Also, the surface of the Taiyaki had sesame seeds and smelled so good! There were so many other flavors that I would like to try again if I had the chance!  With the recent cold weather, I have developed a preference for hot food. The taiyaki I had this time was warm and perfect for a cold day. On cold days, it is good to warm up with hot drinks and food.  I hope you all keep yourselves warm with warm food!  Thank you for reading!
